Pituitary Tumor : braincancer

I’ve been diagnosed with a pituitary tumor and was wondering if any of you had any experience with these?? My neurosurgeon said it wasn’t cancerous but is very large (not sure how big) and will require surgery through the skull. Did the blood work for my hormone levels and waiting for further instructions. Has anyone had one this big removed? And if so how was your experience?? And if you are able to can you tell me how big mine is, cause I have no idea.
