This is a survey inviting patients, their family and friends, and healthcare professionals to share their experiences of how everyday memory and processing is altered following radiotherapy. The results of this survey will work towards developing a simple screening tool to detect changes in functioning in patients with high-grade glioma after the completion of radiotherapy.
