A joint statement from UK brain tumour charities on the challenge of COVID-19 – IBTA

Dear all,

We want you to know that our thoughts are with you and your families during these uncertain times and that as charities working for the benefit of those affected by brain tumours we will be both following and monitoring the latest advice in order to support you during this period.

Please keep following our social media posts and email updates for latest news on guidance and support available. We are conscious of the added questions and worries that a brain tumour diagnosis can bring and will try to address these.

We recommend everyone follows the NHS advice around reducing the risk of picking up infections including thoroughly and frequently washing your hands, practicing good hygiene and avoiding contact with people who are unwell.
